On September 13, Keti Bzikadze, a Georgian artist, resident of Abastan and half of the Art Kitchen Team, gave a workshop on the dish of the Georgian national cuisine - khinkali!
About 100 khinkali were made by 10-15 people with 5 types of fillings: 1) 2 cheeses 2) mushrooms, onions and herbs 3) purslane, garlic, herbs 4) potatoes 5) cabbage and carrots.
The next morning, from the leftover dough, Keti prepared Imeretian khachapuri in a frying pan! It was super delicious! Other beautiful and delicious dishes by Keti you can watch here.
