Potato Feast

Potatoes! Potatoes! Potatoes!
We are so grateful for potatoes in our lives but why isn’t there a Potato Day to honor the plant that has saved millions of people from hunger and keeps bringing joy of delicious food to so many homes everyday? Roasted potatoes, fried potatoes, boiled potatoes, potatoes baked in fire, potato chips, potato salad, potato soup… One day we decided that it’s time to celebrate the potato and had a feast with multiple potato dishes on the table, lots of laughter and a discussion of Vincent van Gogh.
